Gloucester Harbor: If you want the freshest seafood to cook yourself this is the place to go - check the hours, go early if you want lobsters as they can run out by afternoon. Hours are limited so make sure you call first. Good prices, selection and quality.

On Gloucester's working waterfront, Steve Connolly's Seafood Company has a tiny retail shop where, with cash only until 3 pm Monday through Saturday you can purchase the local catch of the day and some of the local prepared seafood specialties like stuffed clams and smoked bluefish.
