Great little bike shop owned by some friends of ours. They often have little shindigs into the night. Great laid back crowd of open-minded people.

Car or uber there. Patio for beer, plus bike shop repairs. Also ask about mobile bike repairs if you can't get your bike to them. Lightrail+trolley, or car/uber there. Or duh: bike. Yes, a bicycle shop with a beer bar. Need a tune up while you're here? Go here. Gritty old school, PBR, and a great outdoor patio. Get to it by bike, or lug your junker there via light rail to CTC Transportation Center station, then grab the (free) streetcar/trolley. Bonus: It's near Elizabeth People's Market, which kicks ASS for lunch.
