The national university campus is open to the public since 5 am, until 9pm. Its library is large and very complete and modern. People often come to walk, jog, bike or walk their pets. There are several student-budjet cafeterias all over. This is a place to visit on foot, as trafic can get bad at times. There is a free shuttle that circles the campus continously and runs every 10 minutes.
