Food was fantastic. I guess that is why there is a line outside all the time. Small groups will have an easier time here since the seating is cafeteria style. Line moves fairly quickly and it was absolutely worth the wait, assuming you like noodles.

A secret spot for fresh coconut juice and all kinds of tropical fruits! My favorite. It's a fruit stand run by a local auntie farmer. You always pass by it when you enter North shore (on your left side). Only open before 4 pm.

There is nothing better than local, hole-in-the-wall places like this. Of course, they are famous for their pies, and they are amazing. My favorite is the blueberry cream pie - it's to die for! But the dinner food is awesome too. The loco moco was the best I've ever had and so so good. It's a must-try place for amazing desserts and authentic plate lunches.

Food was great. Fun atmosphere....parking was free with a validation. Expect to pay more than lunch wagon prices but worth it for a special occasion. The poke was fresh and a great appetizer or even 1/2 half of a meal if you get a salad.

Parking Route: From our building, Kuhio Village Tower, on the Kuhio Ave, turn left on the Liliuokalani Ave and check on the two sides. If not, follow it to the end of the street and turn left on the Ala Wai Blvd, more parkings available there. Ala Wai Blvd & Liliuokalani Ave should be the best places to find street parkings! Note that you might have to pay to the meter before 6PM or 8PM. Pay attention to the road sign there.

Beautiful views, and fun along the way! You got to ride ATV's to the top of the mountain and enjoyed the 3 hour tour down the mountain with 3 fun and entertaining guides. There's tastings and some trick lines, which was fun and a nice addition! Guides take pictures along the way but they're pretty pricey (2-3 for $30 or all for $45). Several people in the group brought phones and didn't have to much trouble holding on to them. Best tour price in town!

If you show up during the low tide it's almost impossible to swim. You want to check at the tide times before you leave to try to figure out when the best time would be to show up to snorkel. Be careful, it's rocky!
