Pop in for a taste of what might just be your best burger experience in Romania. Open daily 12pm to 11pm. Weekends and lunch hours might be quite crowded. They don't deliver, but you can call and just go and pick up an order (it's a 6-7 minute walk from the flat)

Arts & Culture

The Palace of Culture is right around the corner (5-6 minute walk) :) and it's arguably the most important of the city landmarks. Finally reopened after many years of renovation works, it's worth a visit for the big carillon clock marking time here since 1925. Go up the tower to see its 8 bells and full mechanism spread over 3 storeys - a beautiful piece of old design that still plays hourly a little of Hora Unirii (it's the song that marks the official unification of the Romanian Principalities into Romania as a nation-state, on January 24th, 1859).
