Best Thai food in the area in my opinion! They have an amazing Thai brunch as well that comes with 3 drinks. I recommend the Pad Thai Omlette!

This new little coffee shop is right around the corner! They have seating so you can grab a coffee or grilled cheese and relax before heading into the city.

This is our favorite brewery! They have 13 beers on tap consistently and every single one is amazing. It is a tiny spot, so you may have to stand as they have only been open 3 years, but the beer is worth it! Also they are dog friendly.

Another fabulous brewery. This one is quite large and often has live music. They are also dog friendly and the location is right off of the Queensboro Plaza subway station.

This craft beer bar is our favorite place to go on a Saturday afternoon before a movie or after lunch. It is right when you get off the Tramway, so its a convenient first stop in Manhattan. They ONLY have craft beer, so don't go in looking for Bug Light.

Rainy Park is just 1 block away and across the street. It is a large, dog and child friendly park along the east river with a beautiful view of Manhattan. A lovely place to have a picnic when the weather is nice.
