This place is actually a really cool whiskey themed bar. Neat capitol hill vibe, but its listed as a restaurant because their food is out of this world. We are pretty close with the chef, Garret, and their PR guy Sam. If you see either one tell them you are staying in China Riddle and Nate's place as an airbnb. They might hook you up!

We are pretty close with the chef, Garret, and their PR guy Sam. If you see either one tell them you are staying in China Riddle and Nate's place as an airbnb. They might hook you up!
The bar program here is out of this world and they have great approachable food to match. Torrence, the head bartender, has some truly unique cocktails on the menu.

This place....cookies and cupcakes that will make you consider living in Georgetown...spend enough time in Georgetown you will learn that living there would be a YUUUUUGE sacrifice. But for their sweets it may be worth it.

This place is perfect to fill a picnic basket and head to a park. Meats and cheese flown straight in from Italy weekly. Sandwiches are legendary too.

Any guide will tell you about this place. No reservations, lines start forming at 2 for the 6pm opening. We've braved it before, and it is worth it if you have the time. Don't go for it if you're short on time though.

So right around the corner, and owned by the same folks as a much more popular place called Daikaya. At Daikaya they always have a huge wait, but folks don't seem to realize that Bantam literally serves some of the same stuff. Killer Ramen and Asian fried chicken. One of my favorite spots.
