Unfortunately it is not a walk away !! you would need to drive.

This is a place you have to visit during the day.

If you are into the Saturday morning park run you can do the run or walk and spend the whole day in Eden free after.
A great way to be up and out in a morning and spend the day.
You need to be there for 8.40am as it can be really busy with a great atmosphere in the peak holiday season there can be over 500 runners.

A great place to visit if you are down that way about 50 mins away.
You could even get the train from St Austell to St Erth and take the little train in, truly stunning on a nice day.
Remember to sit on the right hand side of the little train for the views.
