The fun-filled sessions are all about getting people from all walks of life together in making memories while tapping out afro beats in a warm and welcoming setting. If you love watersports, you will love Bloubergstrand. Wait for good weather though. Also to be found here are restaurants, bars, malls, etc. A relatively new neighbourhood but the views of Table Mountain from here cannot be matched.

If it's sunny on any morning (pre 11AM) or afternoon (post 3PM) - it gets very hot! - pack you beach towel and flip flops, head to the beach. Plenty of sunscreen and hydration will be needed. You can rent a beach umbrella and lounger when you get there (R100 for both, R60 for the umbrella). There are restaurants and bars galore should you get hungry. There is also a grocery store and pharmacy.
