Its a nice stop on Longboat Key if you are driving North to Anna Maria Island. Nice trails with some nice views of the beach

Number 1 rated beach in the USA. Although I like Lido Beach as well since its a 5 minute walk and essentially the same sand. However, Siesta Key has a lot of restaurants and other lively activities.
