Site of the former estate of timber baron Louis Simpson, founder of North Bend. His father was first to begin harvesting trees and shipping them to San Francisco in the 1800s. Gorgeous ocean views with spectacular geology. The estate includes beautiful botanical gardens and the original gardener's house, built at the turn of the last century.
