Iconic Torchy's Tacos falls onto many of the Austin's Top 10 list. If you're okay with spicier foods you'll be doing yourself an injustice if you don't order the brushfire taco, you can thank me later. The location on South Congress is also a great spot.

The HOPE Outdoor Gallery is a community paint park located at 11th & Baylor St. in downtown Austin, TX. This educational project is managed by the non-profit HOPE Events and was officially launched in March 2011 with the help of contemporary artist Shepard Fairey. It is the only paint park of its kind in the USA and was developed to provide muralists, street artists, arts education classes and community groups the opportunity to display large scale art pieces driven by inspirational, positive & educational messaging.

Location of the famous music festival ACL, Zilker park is always full of active people doing outdoor sports as well as families lounging around having a picnic and letting the children play.
