The coffee is delicious and strong! Their breakfast sandwiches on a croissant is a delicious, healthy and affordable option. This place is very close to our house (3 blocks)! Best cafe in town IMO. Beautiful interior with a beautiful patio and Japanese garden out back.

Awesome hike. Very busy during the summer but give you a great view of Nelson. You go to Johnstone Road across the orange bridge and about 4 km down there is a parking lot on your right hand side. There are multiple options between pulpit rock, and flagpole which is higher than pulpit and about an hour long. Pulpit is a half hour of hard hiking. It's a great hike and good little cardio push in a short time.

If you head down to Cottonwood Falls there are sometimes markets but mostly it is a beautiful spot to see some waterfalls close to town. You can then head up to our downtown Baker Street and peruse the shops and artisan stands which is quite nice. Lots of shops are largely art work.

I would say this store has a unique selection of hippy meets modern. Higher end organic cottons and bamboo mixed with beesewax candles and Nepalies blankets.

Lovely hotsprings. I'd recommend staying a night in the chalets if possible. They are beautiful and the springs are lovely.
