This historic road house has been around since the 1940's! The bar food is EXCELLENT! This place is also kid-friendly until around 9pm. I recommend the Panhandle Burger with fries. Bring money for the juke box. It will take you down memory lane. From the stop light nearest the house head west 2.9 miles up 16 Hwy. It will be on your left. You can't miss it!

The historical society is open on Wednesday and Sunday afternoons only, but it is worth a stop. They have an old school house and fire truck on site as well as a huge collection of area memorabilia.
