Sometimes people line up outside during busy hours. We have rarely waited more than 30 minutes, but it all depends on the size of your party. Good for brunch also. In high season, open for dinner and accepting reservations.

Joe’s (170 Commercial St, Provincetown, MA 02657, phone: (508) 487-6656), located just a short walk away from our house, is the local coffee shop and the place to be for people watching. Grab a latte and muffin and sit on one of the outside tables facing Commercial Street to enjoy the view to the passing crowd. Joe’s lunches, especially their salads, are a yummy fast alternative to other full service restaurants.

Mews (429 Commercial St, Provincetown, MA 02657, Phone:(508) 487-1500) is our favorite dinner place in town. Located in the East End of town, this place is a good 30 min walk away from our condo. We recommend that you make a reservation a few weeks in advance, especially if visiting in the high season.

Located in the East End of town, this place is a good 30 min walk away from our condo. We recommend that you make a reservation a few weeks in advance, especially if visiting in the high season.

Mac’s (85 Shank Painter Rd, Provincetown, MA 02657, Phone:(508) 487-6227, menu: macsseafood.com) close to our condo, is probably the best sea food place in town. Located right next to the fish market (close to Stop&Shop) this place has a full sushi menu, oysters and clams bar and a lot of yummy seafood dishes. They offer a raw bar happy hour daily from 4pm-6pm. We recommend to make a reservation prior to your visit.

Pepe’s Wharf (371 Commercial St, Provincetown, MA 02657, Phone:(508) 487-8717) in the East End is a nice restaurant by the ocean. We have gone there for late evening dinner and were impressed by their good service.
