This is a great museum that holds the art collection of Franz Mayer, who died in 1975. It holds the largest collection of decorative arts in Latin America. The building is from the 1700's.

This is the National Museum of Art and has great paintings and sculpture. The building is very beautiful from early 1900's. I recommend the gallery of landscapes.

Very nice building, you can go to the museum and see how the first feminist Sor Juana Inès de la Cruz lived in that convent. Interesting to see the "bathroom" where the sistere "showered"

Small interesting museum about police. The building is from early 1900's and used to be the Police Main Quarrel, the style is Gothic style. It has an exhibition about vampires. (don't ask me why...)

This place holds one of the oldest pawnshop still working. It a huge building from the 1700's, created by Romero De Terreros a very rich and prominent Citizen from the Colony Era.

You may want to see the little fortress where General Huerta, who betrayed (and later murdered) President Madero in 1910, shoot the city with cannons. Terrible years to come in the Mexican Revolution.
