Wow! The view from this restaurant never gets old, every time I go there which is often - it's amazing! This is a great restaurant for you to have a night out in a romantic wonderful fancy setting but with prices that are so affordable, think $30-40 a person total for a three course meal with an amazing dessert!

This is my most-often go to restaurant for a quick lunch with a straight up patio view of the bay. I always order the tortilla soup with limonada for my lunch since my office is so close to this place.

Layla's has great mexican food - just outstanding dinners where everything on the menu is just great - my recommendation is to make sure you get balcany seating so you can have a great dinner with the ocean breeze.

This is a special occasion type of restaurant - the service was excellent but the real star of the show was the food which was sublime.

This is my favorite italian restaurant in Vallarta - the owner is the chef and his wife is the hostess. The tree in the middle of the patio is a great scenery view. The food and wine couplings by the chef's menu and recommendations are spot on. I am an italian so I love being a regular there.

If you want to enjoy Mexico and sunsets.. go to this beachfront restaurant, dig your barefeet in the sand and still have world class service with excellent food - wife loves it there.

There's so 6-7 food truck options in one food garden type of setting so you and your party can enjoy diverse type of lunch or quick dinner foods in casual setting, shirt/shorts with sandals is what I always wear there. They have seafood, sushi, BBQ, tacos, pizza, burgers, etc. I go there twice or three times a week to grab something on the go.

This is where all the action is at for old Puerto Vallarta - all the walking traffic goes there to see all the stores, food vendors, hop on a Ninebot and glide your away around from one end of the Malecon to the other end at Los Muertos Beach.

This is one of the better car rental places - easy and affordable jettas. If you want to go to the car rental chains - Avis is the only honest chain that doesn't try to screw you over. For the most part, taxi and walking is your best bet for covering Vallarta.
