Hiking/Mountain Biking
Mineral point is the best hiking and mountain biking trail around! Prime for beginner level adventurers and it has amazing scenic views, a great campsite and fun activities all around!
There is a great restaurant called Captain’s Table in Garfield Bay just a few minutes from the trailhead. In peak season, there are even fun/smaller cliffs you can safely jump from! (Always check before you leap)

Sunnyside road is a neighborhood road, a quick wave and some respect around “kids play here” signs will get you a long way. The same goes for other remote areas! We will wave on the road and hope you wave back. :)

Is it winter? Fall? Spring? If it’s summer it’s a given. Always pack a swimsuit to sandpoint. You never know if there will be hot tubs, pools, or dips in the lake you want to try!
