Beautiful sandy beach. The parking is reserved for Manchester residents in the summer. Take the train and then walk to the beach, which is only a mile from the station in Manchester.

Kayak rentals and guided tours, nice store for water sports clothing, shoes, etc. I think also bike rentals, but not sure about it, as I have my own bike. They also sell good maps of the area.
