Brseč I reccomend because it's a lovely location with wonderful pebble beach in the vicinity of many cliffs and old city core above, which certainly you must visit.

Getting Around
The one way ticket you can buy at the driver only, and return ticket in any newspaper shop, but not on the bus. Return ticket is cheaper then 2 one way tickets. To reach Opatija you need cca 15min (zone 2), Rijeka is 45 min far away (zone 4). To reach places more down (Moščenička Draga, Mošćenice, Brseč, zone 2) you go on small bus at the end of the place, also numbered with "32". To reach Lovranska Draga village you hop on the bus marked "36", running from station above market place - centre.
