Horchata is a traditional Valencian drink which is also popular in Africa or with a different recipe in Mexico. It's a vegetable shake made with water, smashed tuber ("chufa" = tiger nut), filtered with water and sugar or stevia.
Daniel has also opened two other places in the city centre, one in Sant Vicent Màrtir 5 and in Mercado de Colón.

This is another a low cost restaurant from a celebrity Michelin star Valencian chef, Quique Dacosta. If you want to spend more money just go upstairs instead, to El Poblet, which is the expensive one.
