I highly recommend Big Bad Wolf in Mount Juliet; it’s right off of I40 & about 10 minutes from our property. All of their meat is smoked; best prime rib sandwich you will EVER eat & their brisket is phenomenal! Nothing is fried. I would suggest the potatoes au gratin, broccoli sunshine salad or baked beans for a side. Everything there is scrumptious! Their main business is catering so their hours can be a little wonky. You may want to check their website or call ahead before you go.
