Everyone needs a good, cheap Greek diner that serves a really big breakfast. Coffee that will bring you back to life and omelets big enough to share, but you won't want to--they are that good, especially the spinach, feta and tomato.

It's hard to categorize Froehlich's. They are a deli/bakery/cafe/whimsical stuff kind of place, serving some of the best sandwiches you could ever want. Their muffelata is very close to the real deal, down to the house-made olive relish. Much of what's on the menu is available to take home from the glass fronted coolers lining one wall. Located in nearby Three Oaks, a quintessential charming small town.

Joined by his wife, Peg, and son, Nick, (plus an assortment of friends and family to help on busy holiday weekends) Ron will hand cut prime meats to order. Not cheap, but worth every penny. Get the perfect New York strip cut thick for the grill. You will not regret it.
