Get the Le Coq Dog for a different kind of hot dog! Or try a sandwich, the 'steak' one is really good, and they'll cut it in half for two people, if you just need a smaller bite.

Lovely park, iconic buildings. If you can, get to the northwestern end of the park, to 'Statsbiblioteket' and Aulaen (State Library and main hall). There's a nice view. If you bike, mind the cars.

Biocity cinema! Google Maps can't find it, for some reason, but it is there. If you need a large, but nice cinema, this is the one (more cosy than Cinemaxx above the train station).

Very large with a lot of space, so more private. Beautiful forest. My favorite beach. Check out the new MOMU museum too (you can walk through the forest in half an hour).

Hands down THE BEST place to bring small kids! Mainly because everyone else do, so nobody minds your kid screaming or running about… Sounds awful, but it really isn't - maybe because of the cake! :)

Pricey… But a lot of fun, for many different ages. Esepcially nice when then weather is warm and sunny, since it's in the middle of the forrest. Also many rides for really small kids, under 2 years.

Nice park, feed ducks. If you go to the northern end (the top), there's a small playground. Try the xylophone. And walk a couple minutes north, across Vennelyst Boulevard, to see the university park.
