The food and the vibe are amazing! This is seriously one of our favorite spots in the city. The service is always great and it's so close to us. Make sure to make a reservation. They book up fast!

If you're taking a walk around Lake Nokomis in the evening, this is a great spot to grab something to eat! It's mostly tacos, corndogs, beer and ice cream. Make sure to check times. This place is only open in summer and fall.

This is a great spot to go for a few hours. Great museum and our MN Landmark "The Cherry and the Spoon" sculpture garden is there. They also offer mini golf. Make sure to check the schedule before you go!

If you're looking for another great lake to walk around, this is a great spot in the Summer/Fall to meet up, rent a canoe, go swimming or bike around. There are also many places in the area to grab food/coffee before or after. This lake is located in the Uptown neighborhood.

Also check out Mill City neighborhood and Northloop while you're down there. I would suggest parking and just doing the exploring on foot if it's a nice day!

Also check out Mill City neighborhood and Northloop while you're down there. I would suggest parking and just doing the exploring on foot if it's a nice day!

The weather in Minnesota is unpredictable. I suggest layers.
Always pack something like a sweater for the evenings if you're coming in the summer. Winter is another story. You will need a good winter jacket if you're coming to visit anytime between Nov-March.
