Its a beautiful tree lined residential neighbourhhod, with close proximity to lots of neighbourhood shops and restaurants. Friendly, safe, quiet and fun to walk around and explore.

And a huge neighbourhood of small grocery shops, family restaurants and other shops, running from 41st from 50th avenues...great for a day of neighbourhood exploration.
