They have two restaurants. One is outside on Osborne and it is attached to an indoor bar. It is casual atmosphere with music and karaoke on Friday nights. The other restaurant faces the waterfront and is quieter and a little more upscale. They have the same menu, so it just depends on your mood. Locals go there often for 5:00 cocktails beginning way before 5:00. I usually order their wings (my favorite in town), crab cakes & scallop dinner.

Great place with outdoor seating and musical guests often. It is kids friendly with a little play area outside. Their menu is in this binder. My personal favorites are the Fulford’s Fish Dip & Buffalo Shrimp Tacos. This is on Stable Alley. Southern River Walk expanded and has a separate restaurant/bar/arcade and that entrance is on Osborne.

This Greek restaurant has lovely waterfront views with its outdoor seating. It’s a wonderful restaurant, with a very large menu! Use the link below to see their entire menu. https://riversidecafesaintmarys.com/ My favorites are Pasticcio, Gyro sandwich, & Greek salad (all their salads are the best in town!) This place is really a great place to get a bottle of wine, eat soul nourishing food and enjoy the breeze!

This is a new restaurant. It is next to the playground at the waterfront. So, the kids can play if they get antsy! I have not been yet, but hear great things from friends. They are a seafood and steak restaurant with a full bar and fabulous views.

Sightseeing

There are NO stores, vending machines, cars, roads, or anything to eat or drink on the island. You must take everything you need and bring all trash back. That said, I would call either Market on the Square or St. Marys Magic Market for sack lunches. Both make great deli sandwiches. My suggestion is a Camel Rider from St. Marys Magic Market and the hit Market on the Square when you return for souvenirs. There are three main ways to spend the day at Cumberland: 1. Bike 2. Hike 3. Beach day Bikes may be rented on the island. The basics to take are: Bug repellent. Plenty of water - you will need a lot for an entire day on the island. Bug repellent. Camera – the wild horse and maritime forest are so lovely, as are the beaches and dunes. Bug repellent. Sunscreen. Bug repellent. Towels. Bug repellent. And did I mention, bug repellent?
