Cedar Hills Crossing is on Cedar Hills Blvd, where there is a plethora of retail from which to choose. Just a couple miles down the road from my house, you'll find Chick Fil A, Wild Fin American Grill, Oswego Grill, Veggie Grill, the famous, Powells Book Store, Bed Bath & Beyond, Rite Aid, The Dollar Tree, Shake Shack, Jamba Juice, Bargarten Bavarian Social Haus, McMenamins, and many many more!

This is a great casual restaurant in downtown Beaverton. If you like chicken, you'll love this!

McMenamins is an Oregon restaurant institution, with locations throughout the state. This particular restaurant is one of my favorites. Just minutes outside of the city nestled along side a country road. The inside is dark and cozy, and the outside embraces nature's natural beauty, with the advantage of heaters under a tent.

This is a gorgeous upscale property, yet the Oregon casual dress is welcome.
One must buy a membership to make a reservation, but the basic membership is $25, and I believe that goes towards the purchase of a bottle of wine or a meal.
Some nights, a member guest can arrive before 4:30, grab a glass of wine and settle into a picturesque spot for reflection or a good convo with a friend.

I finally went here and it was as wonderful as it was inviting as I had cycled by it so many times.
One of the things I love about where I live is that we can go from urban to rural in about 10 minutes. This is a must go to place. Go in the morning at 8, and sip on an espresso as the sun begins to roll high up over the fields, or go before they close at 8, in time to savor a glass of wine, and linger over the wide expanse of fields. You might even meet a chicken or two.

Not far from our place are walking and bike trails. And not far from this park, Rock Creek Corner down the street for some good food and outdoor seating. Nearby is shopping.
So a peaceful walk and efficiency with errands are all possible within close proximity of each other!
