Over looking the Pumicestone Passage and Glasshouse Mountains this beach is great for swimming and fishing. In low tide you can walk out on the sand banks. Facilities include picnic tables, children's play area and toilets.

Grab some takeaway or dine-in and relax. The family pack is a feast and the calamari is delicious!! Recommend calling ahead and pre-ordering if picking up takeaway on the weekends.

For a great morning or afternoon out on the water grab a BBQ boat!! With great shade and facilities on board this is a great way to get out on the water. Fish up/down the Pumicestone Passage or pull up at one of the sandy beaches. No boat license required. The boats come in a range of sizes so good for a single family or a couple of families/friends.

A great experience for all ages. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of butterflies and the serenity. You are able to go at your own pace with a helpful information sheet.
Tip - wear white or yellow and the butterflies are most active on dry days.
