They also have full plate meals to enjoy take out or in the dining area. Chepes is also known for their tamales, which can be ordered all year.

It is not fancy, but the Good Luck has been a go-to for many years and continues to be the standard against which all El Paso made menudo is held.

If you are willing to venture downtown, just over about 3 miles away from the guesthouse, you may be interested in El Paso's Finest on 314 N. Mesa. It is a wonderful locally owned shop filled with El Paso souvenirs and work by local artists. The shop is across the street from the historic San Jacinto Plaza.
