Harbourtown Shopping Centre has cinemas, lots of good places to eat, great shopping bargains for branded clothing, as well as a 24 hour vegetable market where you can get groceries for a good deal. It also has the closest Woolworths supermarket.

Walking distance shopping - The IGA supermarket here has great selection of gourmet foods and an excellent deli section, as well as your regular supermarket items. It is also open early from 7:00 AM on Sundays (unlike Coles and Woolworths that open at 9:00) , so is also the only place to get milk and bread at that time.
It is also home to Cav's butchery, which is operated by the owners of Cavils steak House and has some of the best quality meat you will find on the Gold Coast. If you want some great steaks and sausages for the BBQ, go here.
Also of note is the Ice cream place which makes Ice cream on site instantly with liquid nitrogen.
This is your best option for food if you are walking (950m, 12 min) - the selections are better, and you don't have any hill to walk up. There's several other takeaway options like Thai food, Dominos pizza etc here too.

The Aqua Building is teeming with cafes, restaurants and takeaways - with four cafes to choose from, and all offering great breakfast deals ranging from $10 specials for breakfast with coffee to full English breakfasts for under $20.
