This is the closest of many McMenamin's establishments, and a great place for food and drinks. It's family/group friendly, and the tots are awesome! I always order the "Rubinator," which is not on the menu. It is a combination of their Terminator Stout and the Ruby ale. It's terrific!

The famous doughnuts that bring tourists in to stand and wait for over an hour to get delicious hand made doughnuts. They are good, but it's mostly about the big pink boxes!

What an awesome dinning experience this is! Seating is floor pillows and small cushioned seats low to the ground. You should eat with your hands the way tradition calls for moroccan food. Don't worry, they wash your hands at the end of your meal. Make sure you're there to enjoy live belly dancing table side. Definitely go for the honey-braised pork shank, yum!

This is one of my favorite city parks. It's located along the Portland waterfront of the Willamette River. Paved paths, bridges, and floating docks circle the river and show off this beautiful park. There are dozens of restaurants and shops along the southern end of the West side of the river (Downtown), and you can walk a 6.5 mile loop from Tilikum Crossing (pedestrian/public transportation bridge) to the Steel bridge. There are obvious paths and places of interest along the entire route!

The Saturday Market is open on Sundays too! It's a great place to find unique hand made crafts, street food, entertainers, and much more. It also located on the edge of Waterfront park, and in a historic district of Portland under the Portland Oregon sign.
