A fave family spot - quieter than Sandbanks though best to still head there early (pre 10 am) to avoid line-ups. Note this beach closes earlier than Sandbanks (~8 pm). Great for Lake or Bayside lounging.

Pretty, very scenic trip if you are seeking apple orchards and farm stands off the beaten path. The Glenora Ferry is free and you drive right on/ off. Very pretty ride home during sunset.

Great little shop about a 5 minute walk from the house. Kokito and Kokito Kids sit side by side on Main Street and sell lovely items - our faves include the vintage grain sacks, wool blankets, and many locally made/ sourced goods.
