Here you will find some restaurants that we like to visit. Some will offer local dishes (cooked food) other will also fine dining options.

Located at a busy road, this restaurant offers a large variety of foods. Recommended are their wood oven pizzas (which they also deliver). Most of the time you will find enough parking around the restaurant, which makes it convenient.to visit.
Gusti can cater for larger groups and most of the time you will find one of the friendly owners still working in the kitchen to make sure all food & servings are done the way they want to.

This well marked trail leads you to some great views overlooking the Adriatic sea. Go early in the morning, or when is not too hot. As always: wear comfortable shoes :-)

Take a taxi boat from the center of Crikvenica (where all the day trip boats are). You will find the ticket center ( wooden office) with the timetable right at the end.
For those who are not often on a boat it is a great experience, since you get a real spead boat feeling!
in Silo you can spend the time swimming and afterwards you take the taxi boat back home :-)

on your way to Baska, just at the highest point you will find this great 2km long zip-line. They take you by 4x4 up the mountains and you slide on multiple lines back to the start. A must do!

A scenic drive of about an hour and 15 mins brings you to this spectacular walk way. Walk on wooden bridges, above cliffs and waterfalls!

Just on the other side of the sea, on the Island Krk, you can wrap yourself up in some medicinal mud. Lots of people come here and let it dry on their skin and afterwards take a dive in the sea that stays undeep for a long while. Enjoy the large open sand beach here! Enjoy the scenic drive too to get here.

Klimno
Just on the other side of the sea, on the Island Krk, you can wrap yourself up in some medicinal mud. Lots of people come here and let it dry on their skin and afterwards take a dive in the sea that stays undeep for a long while. Enjoy the large open sand beach here! Enjoy the scenic drive too to get here.
Evening fun
There are quite some options for evening entertainment. Personally we like to listen to live music. You will find the musical program at www.rivieracrikvenica.com or from the various bars and settlements (Dramalj, Selce and Crikvenica) in the brochures from the tourist office in the Center or online at the Facebook pages.

We never really eat here, but merely go for the great views and cozy atmosphere right on the water. A mostly family run business, brings often good service. Just behind beach bar Poli Mora, you find a small outside entertainment area, to play some mini golf and coin operated machines. Although a bit old fashioned, it brings your memories back to the olden days. Try your luck at one of the machines or play a game of mini golf together. It's not all perfect, but it definitely brings fun to your evening!

Great Beaches to visit
Take a stroll around the small peninsula basically at the end of the settlement of Dramalj. Since it's higher located, you will a great panoramic view of the sea.
The coastline from Dramalj untill Kacjak also offers some private spots where people swim naked (FKK).
So if you are not shy, you can swim here without clothes but you can of course also keep your costume on!

This beach is the closest to our accommodation, and since recent renovations it offers more beach space than ever before.
This beach can get overcrowded. Come here just with your towel, and enjoy the great white pebbles and cristal clear blue sea water.

This beach is not easily accessible but it offers a great quiet environment. In high season, be prepared to see people swimming without clothes on.
Located right at the end of Selce (past the camp sites), you will find steps going up. A 15 minute walk high above the sea, will eventually lead you to this beach. The path continues further, so you can keep walking further onwards. This route is also perfect for days when it's not too hot for hiking.

Here some tips if the weather is not so great (which doesn't happen too often)
A large shopping center (free parking) with all your usual brands. Right at the top floor, there is a MC Donald's, Casino and a movie theatre.
