Lola’s is named after their massive pet pig named Lolita, who occasionally will make her way into the ocean for a swim on extra hot days. Playa Avellana is also known for some surfing so it is easy to rent a surfboard out here before or after a meal. Lola’s does get busy, so if you are wanting a table with the closest view of the ocean make sure to reserve a table on their website.
