Artsy town with good restaurants and art galleries BUT the drive to this town from Kailua is great for sightseeing of the countryside of Oahu. Passing thru Waimea Bay, Sunset Beach and more. The view going thru the middle of the island ( Wahiawa ) to get to Haleiwa is amazing. The drive on Kamehameha Highway to or from of the windward side is amazing.
