I like their idea of listing their suppliers on a chalk board, the art on the walls and the prints for sale, the light airy feel to the place, the friendly service. The breakfast menu, which is available until 3.00pm (how civilised) is very tempting.

The Watchmaker’s closely follows the micropub model so you will always find five cask ales, mostly from Sussex, and four local ciders as well as red and white wine available.
