Former military barracks from the 1800's, it now houses a museum, a restaurant and a movie theater showing artsy movies. Across the street is Plaza del Totem, which has a totem you can't miss seeing!

My favorite destination for breakfast, this is a local chain. Their coffee is great (buy a bag of 100% PR coffee to take home) and the sorullitos (corn sticks) are a perfect complement for sandwiches.
