There are a lot of bike rental companies on Hilton Head Island. The Bike rentals, will deliver the bikes to you. There are bike racks right under the unit. (Hilton Head Resort, Unit 4101) You need to lock the bikes. They usually just leave them for you unlocked and they will supple the locks in the baskets. Call and reserve the bike and have the bikes delivered after you arrive. You can also look up Groupon for Hilton Head/Savannah and see if any one is running deals. There are bike trails that take you all over the island and the beach at low tide is great to ride on. You can pick up a bike trail right in front of the resort entrance.
