I wanted to point out a few Go To's that are less than a 5 minute walk from the house. I love the Brick Bungalow because you do not need a car to enjoy your time there.
*** Many of these places will have waits, but they're close enough to put your name in, walk back home, and then head out closer to dinner time!

This is local Mexican at it's best (and hippest). If you go during popular hours, expect a 45 minute wait. BUT head across the Street to Mead St or down the road to 3 Dogs Tavern and grab a beverage while you wait.

The staff is unparalleled, ask them ANYTHING and give them whatever budget you have and they will find the perfect option - whether its a local craft beer, a delicious old world wine under $20, or a craft liquor. Ps. they have FREE wine tastings on Friday AND Saturday afternoon / evenings.

There's another Italian Restaurant on the strip, its good (and has some fun low carb / gluten free offerings), but Spatola is TO DIE FOR This is a nicer restaurant, but Denver is always casual. Treat yo' self!

Yup, we have Ramen too. I mean ... This place is very well known, the service is funky, but the food is addictive.
