If you find yourself doing an early beach walk/run/outing with the kids.. there's a Vida along Victoria road which opens super early too! Its a local favourite for cyclists too... there's always activity

If you happen to get an earlier seating, you will be swept away by the incredible views of the working harbour and neighbouring districts. Perched high up on the top floor of the Silo of the Old Biscuit Mill , this spectacular spot will leave you wanting to return.

Sightseeing
Take a stroll along the Promenade which could technically take you from Sea Point all the way to Camps Bay if you're feeling adventurous!
The run from the end of the prom to Camps Bay and back is around 8kms.
that said, the stroll from Granger bay to the end of the prom on sea point side is also a decent stretch (3.5kms ish). if you're early enough you might be lucky to see some surfers and dolphins!
Breathing in the ocean whilst walking just rejuvenates the soul!
grab a smoothie at Kauai along the way (I always get peckish)

there are coffee shops, a few restaurants, clothing stores etc. It's a small(ish) mall but it's one of the best and most convenient in town.
