Summer Kitchen Organic bakery is a family run business in Ranelagh, 15mins drive from Franklin.
Delicious wood-fired sourdough bread and vegetarian family pies are their speciality however you can also be easily tempted by the wide variety of cakes, danishes, muesli bars, vege pies, rolls and baguettes that are also available! Daily lunch specials, including a freshly made side salad.
Great coffee and tea options with tables inside and outside decorated with fresh flower arrangements. Total bliss!

Hartzview Vineyard is located at Gardners Bay – a leisurely 15min drive from Cygnet. Incorporate a visit to Grandvewe Cheesery at Birches Bay (another 15mins drive from the vineyard).
Their cellar door is open from 10am – 5pm (10am – 4pm in June, July & August) where guests can taste from a range of wines including the fortified fruit ports, liqueurs and spiced apple liqueur mead. A light lunch menu is also available in the vineyard café.

Guided cave tours are available year round or you can just rejuvenate in the thermal springs sealed pool or take a nature walk through the local rainforest pathways.
