More than 100 years ago Jaume Elias and Eulalia Brosa kept the oven when the old owner retired. They were very different times, Jaume had a cart pulled by a horse with which he made the distribution of bread.
Now the fourth generation of the Elias family continues with the same love for the trade and the willingness to follow the traditional method of making bread with a commitment to quality.
The specialty? No doubt the forner coke, known as "coca".
