Very good "Sukiyaki" "ShabuShabu" restaurant in Tokyo.
I often go there when I go to Shinjuku.

From the room, the main entrance is very close, only 4-5min walk.
On a sunny day, it's a very good idea to grab lunch bento at the basement of Takashimaya department store near the room and have lunch at the park:)
