Should I purchase travel protection?
We recommend you purchase Travel Protection which covers more than just your nights booked with us. Pls. send us a message regarding this Travel Protection.

Can we check in early?
You can request early check in directly with the resort. It is not guaranteed but they will do their best to accommodate you if they can. They will usually hold your luggage and you will have access to all amenities on site. Due to high occupancy at BeachPlace Towers the resort is unable to grant requests for early check-in or late check-out.

Can we get a late checkout?
You can request late check out directly with the resort. It is not guaranteed, the resort will do their best to accommodate you if they can. If they cannot they may hold your luggage and you may have access to all amenities on site. Due to high occupancy at BeachPlace Towers the resort is unable to grant requests for early check-in or late check-out.

How do we get the keys for check in?
You go to the front desk, give them your name and show your driver’s license/passport and they check you in like a hotel.

My name is wrong or my name is incorrect on the confirmation
You can message us by emailing us at support@vacationcondosforless.com or text us at 866-585-8728. You can also contact the resort directly and add your correct legal name as an ADDITIONAL GUEST and you will be fine to check in.

I have a guest checking in before me how do we add them?
Contact the resort and add them as an ADDITIONAL guest checking in and they will be able to check in.

Is this a timeshare resort?
Yes, these are timeshare vacation condos/resorts.

Do I have to take a timeshare presentation?
No, you are not required to go to any presentations.

Do I need to clean the room when we are done?
No, the rooms are cleaned prior to your check in and after you check out. Please don’t leave a huge mess for them to clean up.

Is there daily maid service?
No, there is no daily maid service. The resort has maid service for a fee, if you are interested you can arrange it directly with the resort.

Do we get use of all the amenities of the property?
Do we get use of all the amenities of the property such as pool, game room, and workout facilities? Yes, you will have access to all amenities on site and you don't have to pay a resort fee it is included in our price.

Is this place the same as the hotel and do we have to pay...
Is this place the same as the hotel and do we have to pay a resort fee? No, a hotel doesn’t have amenities like a resort does. You do not have to pay a resort fee as you are booking on an owner’s account.

Is parking included or do we have to pay extra?
The ad will state whether parking is included or if there is a fee.

Do we have the villa all to ourselves?
Yes, you are not sharing the villa with anyone else.

You can request that directly with the resort, there are no guarantees, but they will do their best to accommodate you.

We need a high chair, or a Pak N Play how do we request that? Contact the resort directly and they will make sure you have those items for your stay.

Where do I find the number to the resort?
It is on the confirmation email we sent you from the resort. The confirmation email has all of the information you will need for checking in.

My confirmation letter says the incorrect number of people..
My confirmation letter says the incorrect number of people is that a problem? As long as you don’t have more guests then are allowed in the villa you will be fine. Sometimes the resort representatives are in a hurry and they don’t put the exact number of guests down, as it does not matter. A typical 2bd sleeps 8, the 1bd sleeps 4, and a studio sleeps 2 or 3 comfortably but can accommodate 4.

How do I cancel or change the reservation?
Any cancellations or modifications need to be emailed to us at support@vacationcondosforless.com - cancellations/modifications CAN’T be made through the resort.
