This is a fun spot for a burger or chicken fried steak. Check out the John Wayne Room or sit at the bar on a saddle. Bandera is about 40 miles from Utopia but is a great place to stop coming or going.

This is the main cafe in Utopia. It is known for it's pie and basic Texas comfort food like chicken fried steak. It is homey, friendly and medium quality.
(side note: our grandfather was the town doctor in the 1910s and had his office upstairs.)
