Edukos is a relatively new restaurant and tavern with amazing food, friendly service and a nice local beer selection. We especially liked the "flight" where you can have a taste of 4 different beers. The chef is Venezuelan, but the food is all kinds of fusion, with Mediterranean touches. The plantain hummus was absolutely amazing. They only have one desert, but it made first place in a recent New Times survey!

This is a piece of old Miami that unfortunately will be torn down sometime in 2019. A very casual outdoor restaurant with decent but not great food, friendly service, and a great view of the ocean, Key Biscayne, all the boats in the marina and right by Miami City Hall (really it is just the mayor's office), which used to be the Pan Am seaplane terminal in the 30's. There is live music on weekends. Yes, you have to walk through the boat storage yard to get to it!

Take a walk down Calle Ocho, right into Maximo Gomez Park a.k.a. Domino Park. Incredible short plays in shipping containers! The deal with Micro Theater is that the plays are short (about 15 minutes each) and inexpensive (just $5 gets you into a show). Each show is performed six times per night, so you can opt for a brief, cheap experience or see every play for $25 and still get out in under two hours, waiting time between shows included. Our friends and we tend to got there to watch world class performances (dance, music, theater and more) at an affordable prize.
The Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science is a major science museum located in Miami, Florida USA. Originally located in Coconut Grove, the museum relocated to Museum Park in the Downtown area adjacent to the Perez Art Museum Miami in 2017. I used to go a long long time ago but they still have a night laser light show to Pink-Floyd, Led zeppelin and Lady Gagag. Not sure about times.
