Walk to the Ferry Terminal and hop aboard a ferry. Choose your voyage - even a fifteen minute ride to Peaks will get you out on the water and spectacular views of Fort Gorges, harbor seals, Lobster boats at work, etc. You can pack a picnic and eat and drink (alcohol permitted) while you cruise along. Boats departing all day long. check schedule online. (or provided in the apartment)

Right at the end of Congress Street you'll find spectacular views any time of day. The grassy hill is perfect for picnics, sunbathing, star gazing, play ground, tennis and basketball courts, historical monuments, flop with a book or run hill sprints!
