Fun family beach. If you're willing to hike just a little, park at Schooners and head north on the trail to Bowling Ball beach. If you go at low tide you will see how it got its name ;) Worth the extra effort to see the unique rock formations.

You'll find shelter from the wind and a fun place to make sand castles. There is an entrance fee which is typically by the carload/family. Dogs are extra but permitted.
