The award-winning Scandinave Spa Blue Mountain offers the unique Scandinavian Baths experience. Situated in a natural forest, minutes from downtown Collingwood & Blue Mountain Resort. Also available are Registered Massage reservations, getaway packages with local accommodations as well as an on-site casual bistro serving healthy local fare. Scandinave Spa is open daily from 9am to 9pm. The Baths are subject to capacity limits and massages are booked 4 months in advanced. We recommend visiting weekdays and evenings to avoid line-ups and long wait lists for access. Guests must be 18+ yrs old.
Guests can reserve online or by phone for guaranteed access . A limited number of entries can now be reserved for a maximum of 2 Guests. Same day or last minute Baths visits will be managed starting at 10am daily by our online wait list app. This new check-in process will reduce the number of guests experiencing the spa at any one time and open up more space in common areas both indoors and outdoors.

Explore a self-guided trails of caves carved millions of years ago and savour breathtaking lookouts from the highest point of the Niagara Escarpment, set in one of Canada's six UNESCO biosphere reserves. Learn about the First Nation's Petun tribe and their legends. Venture over Southern Ontario's longest 420 ft. suspension bridge. Take an adrenaline-pumping ride on the Thunderbird Twin Zip Line. Experience treetop canopy walking across a web of platform decks and air born walkways, and zip cable gliding on a guided Eco Adventure tour. Enjoy the many family-friendly features such as: children's adventure playground, Rocky the train, mini golf, gemstone mining, trout pond, picnic areas, snack bar and gift shop. In winter, glide along 27 km. of professionally groomed cross-country ski trails. Snowshoe across a suspension bridge and 8 km. of pristine trails winding through a 200 year old forest.

This park has provincially significant geological features related to glacial and post-glacial processes along one of the highest point of the Niagara Escarpment. Features include meltwater channels, moraine and talus slopes. Over 400 species of vascular plants have been identified in the park.
Park Facilities and Activities: Although the park area is without facilities, and camping is not permitted, visitors may enjoy hiking, nature appreciation, fishing, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling on designated OFSC trails. The Bruce Trail passes through the park. Pretty River Valley is part of the Niagara Escarpment Parks system and the Niagara Biosphere Reserve. Visitors are asked to respect the natural features, which are sensitive and easily damaged.
